Having established hundreds of Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools, Industrial Training Institutes, Teacher Training Colleges, First Grade Colleges, Medical College and Medicity, the Malankara Catholic Church’s long cherished dream of starting an Engineering College was realized in July 2002 with the establishment of MBCET. The College is administered by the Malankara Catholic Educational Society of the Archdiocese of Trivandrum.
The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to the University of Kerala.
